Join us once again for another exclusive VIP cooking class for UVic alumni with The London Chef! After the resounding success of the first class, we are pleased to offer you another chance to learn from Chef Dan, practice your skills, and enjoy a delicious meal at an amazing discounted rate! Provencale Red Wine Braised Chicken with Pomme Persillade and Sauteed Saanich Greens
(can be vegan friendly upon request)
The meal is gluten free except the addition of a small baguette. If you prefer it be removed from your meal kit, please indicate in the Comments section of the registration.
Please note that if you are ordering a meal kit for two, the meal must be the same (ie. both chicken, or both vegan).

The exclusive alumni rate includes the virtual class AND the meal kit containing ingredients.
Must be available to pick up the meal kit from the London Chef, 953 Fort Street,
on either Thursday Feb.4 from 4-6pm or Friday Feb.5 between 12pm-4pm.
Zoom | Registrants will receive Zoom link the day before the event
