Brand Breaker: Consumer Trust, and How it Makes (or Breaks) a Brand
Dean's Community Conversation 2017

Trust: it determines decisions we make in the grocery store, how we choose to travel, and the clothes we wear. It impacts what brands we recommend to our friends and where we choose to work, live, play  and study.

So what are the implications for brands and businesses?

Join us over breakfast as Dean Saul Klein presents the 2016 findings of Gustavson's Brand Trust Index, a survey showing how four different types of trust impacted consumer perception and decision-making across Canada last year. Dean Saul will draw on examples from the school to illustrate the power of these various types of trust.
