Thank you for supporting the Dr. Gerald King Legacy Scholarship in Music Education.

For 30 years Dr. Gerald King has taught Music Education at the University of Victoria and for the past 29 years was the primary conductor of UVic’s highly praised Wind Symphony. In honour of his retirement in 2018, the Dr. Gerald King Legacy Scholarship in Music Education was established in his name. This scholarship will be awarded to academically outstanding undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Music (Music Education) program.
