Alumni Afternoon Tea

The perfect recipe for a cozy Saturday afternoon? A sip of tea and a cupful of learning.

The Victoria & Campus Alumni Network invites all alumni to join a unique afternoon tea experience, complete with savoury bites, sweet treats and a talk that brings Victoria's past to life.

While you enjoy tea and treats, UVic alum and lecturer Dr. Michael Reed, MA '00, BFA '95, will take you on a journey exploring the perpetuation of "Britishness" in Victoria. From emphasizing its 19th-century Medieval Revival influences, to sharing stories behind landmarks such as Christ Church Cathedral, Pioneer Square and Ross Bay Cemetery, you're sure to learn something new.

Cost: $30 per person
Includes tea, a selection of treats* and special event parking.

Alumni are welcome to register for themselves and one guest** below.

*We are pleased to offer vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free dietary options (though not DF and GF together). For specific allergy inquiries, please contact alumni@uvic.ca before registering, as certain allergies may not be able to be accommodated.
