Join fellow UVic alumni in Toronto this spring for a couple of opportunities to connect, unwind and spend time with the alumni community.

Alumni Forest Therapy Walk
Guided by UVic graduate Nadia Frost (BCom ’02), this walk invites you to slow down and connect with nature. Nadia is a certified forest therapy guide and registered psychotherapist. The experience concludes with a tea ceremony in the garden.

Time: 10 - 11:30 a.m. EDT
Location: James Gardens, 99 Edenbridge Dr, Etobicoke

Toronto Alumni Mixer
Join alumni, current co-op students and friends in Toronto for an evening reception focused on connection and conversation. Hosted by UVic’s Vice-President External Relations, Chris Horbachewski, this is a great opportunity to reconnect, meet new people and grow your network within the UVic community, whether you’re new to the city or have been here for years.
Alongside great conversation, there are a few fun extras, including a chance to win two tickets to the Blue Jays Pride Night game on June 5 against Baltimore, and take-home treats from alum-owned businesses like Indigenous Roots Coffee and Bon Macaron.
Date: Thursday, June 4
Time: 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. EDT
Welcome remarks at 6:15 p.m.; arrive whenever it suits you (last call at 8:00 p.m.)
Location: 4th Floor, TD Terrace, 160 Front Street, Toronto
Cost: $15 per person
Includes appetizers and two drink tickets (beer, wine, cider, or non-alcoholic beverages)
