Alumni Brunch
Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025
Time: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., KST
Location: LuckySeoul, LuckySeoul, 14 Changgyeonggung-ro 1-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul

Cost: $20 CAD (~20,000 KRW), beverages and brunch included

Join UVic alumni and friends for two gatherings in Seoul!

Reconnect with your UVic community and feel the Victoria vibes at our Seoul alumni events. Enjoy great conversation, local flavours and friendly faces at both a lively Happy Hour and a relaxed Saturday brunch. You can register for one or both events.

Join UVic Alumni Relations Officer Kate Hollefreund and local alumni for an opportunity to connect, share stories and celebrate the UVic spirit in Seoul. The Happy Hour will be hosted at Hearth, a Canadian-owned restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere and incredible house-made bread and pasta. The Saturday brunch will take place at Lucy D, the perfect spot for reconnecting over good food and conversation. Register early, as space is limited! 

Meet UVic Alumni Officer, Kate Hollefreund

Alumni Relations Officer Kate Hollefreund will be traveling from UVic to co-host both Seoul events. If you’d like to meet with Kate for coffee on Thursday, November 6, Friday, November 7 or Saturday, November 8 to share your UVic story, hear what’s new on campus, or simply connect with a friendly face, please email khollefr@uvic.ca to schedule a time. Coffee and treats are on UVic!

Bonus! You might even meet a few current UVic students at the events. They’re completing exchange programs in Seoul and are eager to connect with local alumni.

When registering, please ensure your credit card billing and mailing addresses match to complete your transaction successfully. Additionally, please include the name you used at graduation so we can find your alumni record easily. If you’d like to share an updated or preferred name, please include it in the comments section.
